At Limitless Church, we believe that a safe environment builds trust — and trust allows children and youth to flourish in their faith. Every aspect of our NextGen ministries is designed with your child’s physical, emotional, and spiritual safety in mind.
We use a modern, secure check-in system for all children from birth through high school. Each child is matched with a unique security code that parents/guardians must present when picking them up. No child is released to anyone without the matching code.
Every volunteer who serves with children or youth must pass a national background check before joining the team. We also require character references and conduct in-person interviews to ensure each leader is both safe and trustworthy.
Our team members regularly receive child safety and first-aid training to ensure they are equipped to handle any situation. Training includes best practices for supervising kids, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a positive, Christ-centered environment.
We follow the Two-Adult Rule — meaning no child is ever alone with a single adult during ministry activities. This protects both the child and the volunteer.
All children’s and youth spaces are kept clean, well-lit, and regularly sanitized. Emergency exits and safety equipment are clearly marked, and rooms are arranged to allow clear visibility at all times.
Our team is trained for fire, medical, and lockdown procedures to ensure a quick and calm response in the event of an emergency.
